Pok-E-Joe’s BBQ is owned and operated by Cory Welch who is no stranger to Vinton! Cory went to William Byrd back in the day and had long ties to Vinton and his Vinton Roots run deep. Cory obviously has a passion for creating, making, and serving great food and his new Pok-E-Joe’s location in Vinton is sure to deliver the quality good tasting food and top notch service one would expect from someone as passionate about their restaurant as Mr. Welch.
