Turn around, don’t drown, Photos of cars submerged in flooded roadways this morning in Town of Vinton, Virginia Government. Walnut Ave. and 4th Street are closed. Photos were released by the Town Of Vinton Facebook page, showing what I would call an obviously dangerous attempt to cross high waters on the Roadway. This is at the low bridge at Walnut Ave.
